Changhua has long been an important base for Taiwan’s manufacturing industry, with a strong foundation in processing technology, manufacturing experience, and industrial capabilities. However, as the market environment continues to change rapidly, the challenges faced by companies have gradually expanded beyond technical upgrades. Today, companies must also rethink their overall corporate image, brand communication, and talent attraction as part of their transformation journey.

To support local companies in addressing key challenges during their transformation process, the T22 Design-Driven Revival Plan for Local Industries  further launched the B.S.T. program, bringing together several Changhua-based companies from different industries. Duen Yih  is honored to be one of the participating companies. During the program, we collaborated with Cizoo&Co across disciplines and, through the introduction of design thinking, re-examined our years of manufacturing experience and professional strengths. This allowed us to further explore how these core values can be transformed into a more recognizable brand image and stronger market competitiveness.

Through the implementation and adjustments made during this program, Duen Yih  has not only refined its corporate image, but also made its brand communication clearer and more effective. With improved visual presentation and visitor flow planning, customers visiting our company can more intuitively understand the professionalism and corporate spirit that Duen Yih  has built over the years. Through a guided visit to our testing laboratory, customers can also witness firsthand the strict quality inspection and detailed manufacturing control behind our products.

Duen Yih  sincerely thanks the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, for initiating the “T22 Design-Driven Revival Plan for Local Industries,” and the Taiwan Design Research Institute for carrying out the program. Through the introduction of design, the program has helped companies re-examine their own value, brand positioning, and future development direction.
